How it works

Introductory conversation

30 minutes, free, by video or phone. We talk about what’s going on and whether coaching with me is the right fit.

Ways to work together

Every option includes 60-minute sessions by video, by phone or in person in San Francisco, in English, Spanish, French or Italian.

Clarity & Reset

1 session a month

A steady space to pause, reflect and stay connected to what matters to you.

Includes an optional light check-in between sessions.

Momentum & Growth

2 sessions a month

For building consistency and real movement on a goal or a transition.

Includes brief check-in support between sessions.

Deep Integration

3 sessions a month

For deeper shifts and big decisions.

Includes ongoing light-touch support between sessions.

Most clients choose this option.

Check-ins are a short email or voice note between sessions, focused on accountability and a quick reframe.

Not sure which fits? We’ll work it out together in the introductory conversation.

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on your present situation and the decisions and actions ahead. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and I don’t practice psychotherapy or address mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. If something comes up that a therapist is better placed to help with, I’ll tell you.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What we discuss stays between us. As an ICF-credentialed coach, I follow the ICF Code of Ethics, including its confidentiality standards.

Will you tell me what to do?

No. My job is to help you think clearly and decide for yourself. You’ll leave each session with a next step, and it will be yours.

What does it cost?

It depends on the rhythm you choose. I’ll go through the options and fees with you in the introductory conversation, with no obligation.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, in San Francisco. Video and phone work just as well.
